What we collect and why

Information you give us directly

Name and email address when you opt in to the scorecard, purchase a product, or fill out the intake form.
Payment information processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
Your current role and your biggest blocker, if you fill out the post-purchase intake form. This helps us send you relevant follow-up content.

Information collected automatically

Basic analytics via Vercel Analytics (page views, general location, device type). No cookies are set by Vercel Analytics.
Meta Pixel data if you arrived from a Meta ad. This helps us measure ad performance and avoid showing you ads for products you have already purchased. You can opt out via Meta's ad preferences.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL). These are retained for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.

How we use your information

To deliver what you purchased and send your receipt.
To send follow-up emails related to your purchase. You can unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of that email.
To improve our products and content based on what people are struggling with.
To measure ad performance so we can show relevant ads to people who have not yet purchased.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the services required to operate this business:

Stripe (payment processing)
Resend (transactional email delivery)
Meta (ad performance measurement via Pixel and Conversions API)
Vercel (hosting and analytics)

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy that governs how they handle data passed to them.

How long we keep your data

We keep your name, email address, and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide support and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email dave@clientsuccessfoundry.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You will still receive transactional emails related to your purchase.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies. The Meta Pixel sets a cookie used for ad attribution. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. We do not use tracking cookies for our own analytics.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via email if we have your address.
