All products are digital or delivered as a one-time program and you get access the moment you pay. For that reason they are non-refundable. This covers the CSM Starter Playbook ($37), the CSM Role Clarity Kit ($27), the Hireable CSM Pack ($147), and the CSM Transition Cohort ($1,997).
We state this plainly because you are a closer and you understand how this works. You can read exactly what each product includes before you buy. If you were charged in error or bought the wrong item, email dave@clientsuccessfoundry.com from the address you used at checkout and we will make it right.
